Where we ship from

All orders are packed and shipped from our facility at 233 Root Rd, Westfield, MA 01085.

Processing / handling time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping rates

We offer three shipping options on all orders within the United States, shown at checkout:

Economy (7–10 business days) — $12.95
Standard (3–5 business days) — $24.95
Express (2–3 business days) — $39.95

The customer pays shipping. The rate is the same no matter how many 12-packs you order.

Delivery areas

We currently ship within the United States.

Delivery times

Delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout — Economy (7–10 business days), Standard (3–5 business days), or Express (2–3 business days), counted from when your order ships. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, or other factors beyond our control.

Damaged in transit

Cans occasionally get knocked around in shipping. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at info@brezeesoda.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a free replacement. See our Refund Policy for details.
